I love training at my school when I can. It's really inspiring for me to see up and coming student athletes-ladies especially-learning proper technique, weight lifting routines, and working on themselves. My last meal of the day is always steak mixed veg tortilla wraps 866 #calories #fats 36g #carbs 68g #protein 65g upping carbs from tomorrow to 420g a day. Am a firm believer in frozen Vegetables because they are usually snap frozen very soon after they are picked. Special machinery is used to get the produce to -18 degrees Celcius in minutes.
