Rice Congee with cinnamon, cardamom, and bee pollen. Rice soup tonifies the blood and the qi energy, harmonizes digestion, and is nourishing. I used one part sprouted brown jasmine rice to 6 parts water in my crock pot overnight on low. ‪Students love Pot Noodles so we make our own, healthier version. They can adjust the level of moisture, use fresh herbs to flavour instead of salt, add their own variety of veggies, type of noodles (eg gluten free), and add or remove meat. A good #parenting tip for making #healthyfood more appealable for #kids... I used to call this #recipe 'Noodle Soup' and they'd moan about making soup.
