Se esse não é o melhor lanche da tarde, desconheço qual seja! 😂 . 🍴 Panqueca de cacau {2 ovos, 30g de farinha de aveia, 30g de farinha de linhaça, cacau, adoçante e fermento} com creme de pasta de amendoim, whey de chocolate e banana amassada . Não sei vocês, mas nas minhas dietas eu PRECISO de pelo menos uma refeição que me dê a possibilidade de fazer uma receita doce (bolo). Sou muito formiga, então isso me sustenta de uma tal forma que vocês não tem noçã!!! É tipo obrigatório mesmo! Se em uma refeição não tiver: ovo, aveia, pasta de amendoim, banana etc... Não serve! 😂😂 . I have posted this before but I feel like I NEED to post it again. I get messages on the daily asking how to get down to being shredded and competing from young lads.. It’s not easy, actually it’s far from it. For anyone who has competed or is seriously into their sport (boxing, Athletics, CrossFit etc) you need an insane amount of discipline. It took me 12 weeks of strict dieting with NO cheat meals (only high carb days) everyday in the gym, mostly 2 sessions a day to get down to this condition. Yes I may look shredded and in unreal shape but I was so unhappy and was physically & Mentally drained and I’d choose the picture on the left all day. Why? Because I could eat whatever I wanted (within reason) I could go out and if I wanted to, have a drink and enjoy life. Prepping for a show is no joke and I’ve only done it once. Quick bit of advice for any younger lads or ladies.. enjoy life and eat food. Don’t be worried about putting on a bit of weight, that’s how you grow! In my opinion you shouldn’t think about cutting until early 20’s because you want to gain as much size/definition/experience as possible before cutting. Receta de @sweetmanacorcash - TARTA DE FRUTOS SECOS. Porciones / número de personas: 4 personas Tiempo de Preparación: 40 minutos Tiempo de cocción: 25 minutos Categoría: Postres Dificultad: Fácil Ingredientes para preparar Tarta de Frutos Secos: 250 ml. de agua 250 gr. de harina 300 gr. de azúcar 1 huevo 170 gr. de mantequilla 150 ml. de nata líquida 3 cucharadas de miel 50 gr. de almendras 50 gr. de avellanas 50 gr. de almendras 50 gr. de nueces 50 gr. de maní Preparación: Para realizar una riquísima tarta de frutos secos lo primero que debemos hacer es poner a precalentar el horno a 180º C, con calor por arriba y por abajo. Mientras se calienta, ponemos en un bol 100 gr. de azúcar, la harina y la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente. Batimos bien, preferiblemente con un robot de cocina. A continuación, añadimos a la mezcla un vaso generoso de agua y el huevo, previamente batido. Mezclamos bien hasta obtener una masa. Si no nos ha quedado lo suficientemente consistente la dejaremos un rato en el frigorífico, hasta que se endurezca. Amasamos la masa con un rodillo y forramos con ella un molde desmontable para tartas, previamente engrasado con un poco de mantequilla. Lo metemos al horno y dejamos que se haga durante aproximadamente diez minutos. Aquí viene la parte difícil... (no comerse los frutos secos!) Mientras se hace, ponemos una sartén a fuego medio, con la miel y 200 gr. de azúcar. Damos vueltas constantemente para que no se pegue, hasta que se haya formado un caramelo. Añadimos después la nata líquida, damos otras vueltas, y por último los frutos secos. Mezclamos bien y retiramos del fuego. Sacamos el molde del horno y echamos sobre él la mezcla de caramelo con frutos secos que hemos hecho. Después, volvemos a poner el molde en el horno, a 190º C, y dejamos que se haga durante un cuarto de hora más. Cuando la tarta esté hecha la dejamos enfriar antes de desmoldarla y servirla. ¡Buen provecho!
