4️⃣ Things You Don’t See At The Gym & 1️⃣ 💪🏻 ——————————————————————————————— ▪️7.5 Pound Dumbbells▪️ ▫️Don’t be afraid to go light! I was always putting on too much weight to impress others at the gym. Then something magical happened ⚡️, I realized I’m at the gym for me and that if someone doesn’t think doing it light & right works they aren’t in the gym for themselves or are on a different path!▫️ ——————————————————————————————— ▪️Workout Journal▪️ ▫️The day that I committed to journaling every workout was the day my MIND was made up. You would think that my body had the biggest reaction to this discipline. Surprisingly enough it was very hard to skip out on anything when I wrote it out right before my workout. If you use your 📱 to journal, do yourself a favor and get a 📓 and ✍🏻 or TURN ON DO NOT Workout Hoodie▪️ ▫️A question I get a lot is,”What do you suggest I do to get rid of this extra belly fat?” My response,”SWEAT” 💦😎 With the exception of some badass old school gyms scattered around the 🇺🇸, most gyms are a very cool 72 degrees and cooler! This means that wearing your tank and shorts to show off the mid workout gains are actually hindering your progress. And to those that say,”Oh that’s too hot for me and my workout” my response to that is, “Cool, so you don’t want to get rid of the belly fat!” 😉 This goes with the previous point about going to the gym for yourself! You can see here I have taken mine off to finish the last few sets. I was overheating and starting to get woozy. After the jacket was off, got my body temp back down then got back to work 👊🏻Listen to your body! 👂🏻▫️ ——————————————————————————————— ▪️Water Jug▪️ ▫️I drink TWO of those each workout. I’m not going to rant on this subject because that statement is enough for most people to be like 🤨▫️ ——————————————————————————————— ▪️My first show will be November 18th in Tampa▪️ ▫️With this commitment I have to start dialing in on my nutrition and posing. Words can’t explain how great this weekend was at the Mi40 gym. What I learned over the weekend and the people I met was life changing. I highly recommend going if you want to take your training to the next level. You wouldn’t believe how the tiniest tweaks in form and thinking about how you work the muscle from the proper angles can make a huge difference. Meeting @ifbbbenpak was unreal, he’s an awesome guy and is so knowledgeable. I want to thank him and the the rest of the Mi40 gym staff for putting together such an awesome weekend!

How I feel I look like vs how I look like. Everybody knows this feeling in one or another way. Matter of fact is, that we all are running programs in our subconscious and unconscious minds and these programs are stronger than everything we ever could tell ourselfs consciously. For some this program might be 'i am fat' and for others like me 'i am skinny'. No matter how strong your work ethic or how disciplined you are, this very program will sabotage everything you try, it's like swimming against the current. Even the smallest progress will take you a tremendous amount of effort and if you stop for a short time all this progress is lost immediately. I guess most of you already experienced this before. Well I have, again and again. I take a whole new approach I have never heard of before in the fitness industry. I do change the program from 'i am skinny' into 'i am a fucking beast and no matter what I do my muscles keep getting bigger!' The truth is that I feel like I weigh 100kg, but every time I see myself in the mirror I see my current body of 73kg, the body that reminds me every time that I'm skinny, the body that makes me feel skinny again. And this feeling feeds the old unwanted program. This is exactly why I haven't seen or weighed my body since about 10 days now. I don't get reminded that I actually am skinny anymore. And since 10 days I feel like I weigh 100kg and this feeling will overpower the old program with time. #fitness #mental #epigenetics #subconscious #unconscious #transformation #mindfulmeathead #mindfulmuscle #gym
