Hipertrofia: disciplina e dedicação! A hipertrofia muscular é um processo metabólico e fisiológico de crescimento das células musculares do nosso corpo, que resultam no maior ganho de massa magra em todo o organismo. Alguns fatores que podem influenciar diretamente no processo: sua carga genética, hábitos alimentares e prática de atividades físicas. O trabalho com o paciente que deseja aumentar sua massa magra e ganhar volume muscular é bastante específico e requer muita disciplina. Para ter ganhos consideráveis, o paciente precisa seguir seu plano alimentar à risca (dieta calculada, pesar alimentos), suplementar (quase sempre necessário para bater as metas de macronutrientes), treinar musculação de forma intensa e dormir muito bem. Diferentemente do processo de emagrecimento, em que a pessoa consegue bons resultados mesmo dando umas furadinhas vez ou outra, o processo de hipertrofia requer disciplina absoluta para que haja resultados expressivos. Não existe essa de “ganho massa facilmente”, não estamos falando de gramas de massa muscular, estamos falando de quilos, de resultados representativos. É necessário ainda controlar o estresse (cortisol alto é responsável pelo catabolismo muscular) e tomar cuidado com o overtraining (por isso a importância de um acompanhamento individualizado de um educador físico). Mulheres que querem ganhar massa magra precisam se preparar psicologicamente para ganhar gordura também! Quando ganhamos massa também ganhamos gordura, que depois será eliminada; mas são processos feitos em etapas distintas. Bom, tudo isso para dizer que se o seu objetivo é hipertrofiar saiba que precisará ser muito disciplinado e ter bastante paciência! يعد الدجاج مصدر أساسي للبروتين الذي يساعد على بناء العضلات وللمعادن والفيتامينات التي نحتاجها لمختلف نشاطاتنا اليومية.. أما الخضار فهي غنية بالكثير من العناصر الغذائية مثل البوتاسيوم والفولات والفيتامين أ و ج بالإضافة إلى الألياف التي تقلل من خطر الإصابة بأمراض القلب والبدانة ومرض السكري. تحتوي وجبة الدجاج مع الخضارعلى 450 سعرة حرارية. طريقة التحضير: - ينظف الدجاج وينقع بالأعشاب الفرنسية مع عصير الحامض وزيت الزيتون ويوضع في البراد لمدة نصف ساعة . - تحمى الشواية ثم يوضع صدر الدجاج حوالي 6 دقائق لكل جهة. يسحب عن النار ويوضع في مكان دافئ. - تشوى البندورة الكرزية وتوضع على جنب في مكان دافىء. - لتحضير الصلصة: توضع كاسرولا صغيرة على النار. يضاف إليها الزيت ثم الثوم وقليل من الأعشاب وبعدها مرق الدجاج. تترك الصلصة لتغلي على نار هادئة لمدة 10دقائق وبعدها نضيف الملح والبهار والزعتر الاخضر. - تسلق الخضار في ماء مغلية: الجزر لمدة 17 دقيقة والكوسا لمدة 8 دقائق والبروكولي 5 دقائق وبعدها يزاد الملح والبهار ويوضع في مكان دافىء . - تنظف البطاطا وتقطع مع القشرة بشكل اصابع. يضاف الملح والبهار وقليل من الاعشاب وتوضع في الفرن لمدة 30 دقيقة على درجة حرارة 170 مؤوية. - طريقة السكب: يوضع الدجاج في وسط الطبق. تضاف اليه الخضار المسلوقة والبندورة والبطاطا المشوية ثم الصلصة. #Recipes #kuwait #lebanon#GrilledChickenBreast#nutrition

L'alimentazione è MOLTO importante, ma è più rilevante quello che fai tutti i giorni, la qualità e la quantità del cibo, rispetto a quante volte mangi al giorno e quanto passa tra l'allenamento e il pasto. 🍐Diciamo che se passano 15 minuti o 1 ora e mezza non cambia poi tanto. 🍉Cerca di mangiare cibi digeribili, per facilitarne l'assorbimento. E ricorda di includere sempre una fonte di proteine magre. 🥗Nei pasti a ridosso dell'allenamento, puoi mangiare fibre (verdure, frutta) ma non in eccesso.
