So happy with my progress over the past couple of months!! I have been working on reaching my goals and pushing myself every workout. Today in acting class my teacher says “ Mike don’t be afraid of your emotions and your feelings. Use them in the scene. Don’t hold back, trust them. It’s ok to cry this is the time to” then I go to @adam_chambers7 class. The professor ( my name for him) had me tap into my feelings and emotions that I pushed alllllll the way down!!!! and God knows I hate them feelings which is why I suppressed them. I was literally about to walk out the class but I didn’t. I didn’t want professor calling me names after class lol and plus I wanted to push myself as well. I told him to always push me but I didn’t think he would do it like that lolol.
