🍔🍔🍔 Sun’s out, buns out! Can you find the one that doesn’t belong? Well, it’s a trick question because they all belong.... IN MY BELLY! 😂 Here’s proof that you CAN treat yourself and still reach your goals! I had this cheat meal last week, measured myself and 🤗 SURPRISE! I’m exactly the same as the previous week. _ What happens when you have a cheat day? Well I can tell you what DOESN’T happen. You won’t ruin all of the progress you made. You’re not going to suddenly lose all of your gains. You’re not going to be less healthy than you were before eating it. One meal doesn’t define your entire week! _ Whether your thing is 🍪 cookies, 🍰 cake, or 🍔🍟 in n out, occasionally it’s really important to treat yourself. Why? It’s a much more free way to eat, rather than a restrictive diet. Because you can try to eat a “clean” diet 🌱🌱🌱, but most people can’t sustain it, and end up binging or giving up completely. It’s better to allow yourself your favorite less healthy foods once in a while and healthy foods most of the time! _ So what actually happens on Sunday? Well typically I eat this in the company of good friends - and consume one burger 🍔 about half or 1/3 of the fries 🍟 and occasionally a shake! Done the #filthyfifty during #tryhards @crossfitionracas this morning. I remember doing this before, but had no clue I done it Rx.
