These two exercises should be done with lighter weight,focusing on form and the squeeze in your upper back and shoulders at the contraction part of each movement. ⭕️ Rear Delt Flys with thumbs down(palms facing your legs): 10-12 reps ⭕️Rear Delt DB Rows: focus on using your rear delts and NOT your lats/other back muscles) to pull the weights up, 10-12 reps 💢Do 4 sets : ❌Chest Superset ❗️For these again go light and focus on the boob squeeze at the end of each motion(😂). Make sure to be careful of your shoulders on the flies and don’t go further than what your shoulders allow(if it hurts,stop!). You don’t need to go very far down on them anyway, just be sure to keep the tension in the pecs ! ⭕️Close Grip DB Chest Press to DB Flies: 10 reps ⭕️Seated Svend Press: 10-15 reps 💢Repeat for a total of 3-4
