It is important to understand which nerves are responsible for innervating each muscle. So here is tonights tasty dinner all ready to go. I had some cumin chicken already done, so I just added that to my paprika effort and also had no salad sauce. So go me! Haha. The tomato juice was enough and prevented the whole dish from being too dry. The salad consists of: shredded lettuce, 1/4 red onion, 1 spring onion, Parmesan cheese, 2 tomatoes and a little pepper. My breakfast was dinner for you guys as I was up pulling an all nighter, so here it is! So tasty I had to give you two pics 😜 and soooo easy to make. Done and dusted in approx. 10-15mins under the grill. Spiced chicken mini fillets and Parmesan salad, with a drizzle of low cal / low sugar / low salt and everything else - balsamic vinegar. I will be branching out soon and be trying something other than chicken haha, I just never get bored of it. Which is a bonus! Tasty and healthy dinner tonight, which did not take me long to scoff. I swayed away from just salad today so turned it into a sandwich 😆 Chicken breast (250g - another sandwich was there, but was eaten before I remembered the pic) coated in cayenne pepper, spring onion, extra light mayo (🥄tiny amount), lettuce, grilled peppery 🍅, cucumber, pepper and toasted bread. No butter and just a squirt of the 1 cal spray to cook the chicken.
