I stared making this salad myself after having it at a restaurant this summer. It’s super healthy! It has quinoa, salmon, edamame, avocado, mushrooms, etc. Quinoa is an ancient grain that has iron, magnesium, lysine, protein, and more. Salmon is a great source of protein that is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. I bought the salmon in this pic so it has Teriyaki sauce but season the salmon with olive oil and salt instead! Hello food lovers! Ah my first post! I modified a basic oatmeal cookie recipe to make it have less preservatives (which are bad for you)! Instead of white flour I used oat flour, which brought out the flavor of the raw oats more. Oat flour is gluten free and very healthy. Instead of table sugar I used organic sugar. Organic sugar is bigger then table sugar, thus giving a soft and moist cookie some crunch. I also used brown sugar which is 💯 times better for you then white sugar. I did not have white eggs so I used regular eggs, but using white eggs would make the cookie fluffy! The cookie was soft, crunchy, chewy and delicious! Also nothing better then making cookies while third wheeling these two lovebirds! 🍪❤️🍪 Recipe ⬇️⬇️⬇️
